Perky questions need some perky answers!

How long before I receive my order/s?
While we work diligently to fulfill orders, our processing time may take 3 to 14 business days as most of the items are made to order.

Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 2 to 14 days depending on your location but please keep in mind that unexpected delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances.

What courier do you use?
We use J&T nationwide and dropping/ pick up for orders within Baguio City.

How can I pay for my order/s?
We accept payments through GCASH, BPI, and BDO. Details will be provided upon checkout. Kindly send your proof of payment via email to theperkyapparel@gmail.com.

What are your return and exchange policies?
Strictly no return, no exchange unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. In the rare case that this happens, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo for proof. We will shoulder the shipping cost.

Do you accept order cancellations/changes?
While we understand that mistakes can happen, please make sure that you are sure about placing an order with us and to triple-check your order details, and shipping information at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.

In any case that you did make a mistake or would like to cancel, kindly notify us within an hour of placing your order. Changes may not be guaranteed as we start processing orders immediately.
